2023 Rental Policy
Deposit: 50% of total cost within one week of booking
Balance due: no later than 2 months prior to arrival date
Rentals made within 2 months of arrival date are due in full within 1 week of booking
All bookings are non-refundable unless we can rent the cottage for the same dates and rate.
